IT Manager / Web Designer & Developer, Systems Administrator

Ben Joined Design House in Late 2006 as the manager of IT & Multimedia. Ben has a strong knowledge of HTML / XHTML / CSS / MYSQL / PHP which comes into play every day of a web developer. Ben is a technology enthusiast, always keeping up-to-date with the latest trends, normally before they become trends.

Ben says, only someone who lives by the internet can truly encapsulate it's power, and use it to ones advantage. Ben has developed many web based applications out of a Perl and PHP, for a number of tasks. The size of the applications vary, from small data collection, to large intra and extranet database driven portal that exercise the highest possible security.

When designing and develops websites, Ben believes in the KISS principal. Keep It Simple Stupid. Websites should be designed with usability in mind, but they must also deliver a professional image and brand reflection.
